Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate
- no certification or license required
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 21-50 pounds
- capacity to stand, walk, bend, reach above shoulder, squat, or kneel
- able to work overtime when necessary
- compliance with safety and operational protocols
- physical ability to meet job demands
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- basic to intermediate math skills for inventory verification
- ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication
- prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- current or prior material handling equipment certification preferred
Job Duties
- Picking products accurately using pallet jacks to fulfill orders
- scanning, labeling, packaging, banding, and shrink wrapping products as per client requirements
- staging and stacking products in designated areas
- conducting quality control inspections to verify product condition and reporting damages or discrepancies
- maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the warehouse area
- complying with all safety protocols, corporate, and site-specific policies including OSHA/SDS standards
- operating warehouse equipment safely and performing routine equipment maintenance as required
