Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 6 months of related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions according to established procedures
  • Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Regularly required to reach with arms and hands
  • Required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle tools and controls
  • Required to sit, climb, balance, and crouch
  • Required to be able to lift minimum 50 lbs
  • Specific vision and hearing abilities required
  • Required to work at heights up to 25 feet on a raised platform
  • Required ability to operate material handling equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ship orders to dealers throughout the United States to keep trucks and equipment operational
  • Work with a team and Lean leaders to meet daily precision goals
  • Provide dealer network with excellent quality shipping
  • Participate in job rotation for motivation and skill development
  • Engage in recycling and green initiatives
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement
  • Utilize industrial handling equipment daily
  • Unload refill trailers to keep shelves stocked
  • Process stock and critical orders with high energy
  • Enhance safety programs and identify potential risks
  • Collaborate with supervisors on personal development plans
