Job Requirements
- High school education or GED preferred
- Entry-level 1-2 years of experience or eagerness to start a warehouse career
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and foot movements
- Willingness to follow safety directions meticulously
- Ability to work in an industrial warehouse environment
- Flexibility to handle varied warehouse duties
- Legal right to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school education or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- OSHA forklift and HAZMAT certification is a plus
- Ability to use proper lifting techniques for up to 75 pounds
- Capable of using hands and feet simultaneously for repetitive motions
- Familiarity with material handling equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers is a plus
- Strong attention to safety and following directions
Job Duties
- Unload trucks, trailers, and freight containers, count products, and compare to manifests
- Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments accurately
- Store inbound shipments safely and efficiently
- Pick orders ensuring correct product number, quantity, and type
- Transport orders using material handling equipment
- Label, band, bundle, wrap, and palletize orders
- Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Assist in inventory control including records, cycle counts, and stock rotation
- Repack or re-box cases as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
