Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and perform physical tasks with or without accommodation
- Must have high standards of performance and take responsibility for actions
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all work aspects
- Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and maintain positive relationships

- Must be punctual and ensure coverage when absent

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous material handling work experience preferred
- Previous forklift driving experience preferred
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use basic computer skills
- Ability to work up to 12 hours per day including weekends
Job Duties
- Observe and comply with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements
- Participate in needs analysis and required training programs
- Support company continuous improvement and independent auditing activities
- Stop work and contain suspect or defective materials to prevent further processing
- Operate industrial trucks by moving levers and pressing pedals to control lifting devices
- Position forks or lifting devices under, over, or around loads and transport materials to designated areas
- Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices
