Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months experience operating stand-up material handling equipment and order picking
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- ability to work 2nd shift (2pm to 10pm) Monday through Friday
- strong safety awareness
- comfortable learning RF technology
- physical stamina to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment for a full shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months warehouse experience preferred
- six months forklift operation experience preferred
- strong workplace and equipment safety knowledge
- ability to select between 80-100 cases per hour
- comfortable using RF technology and learning systems quickly
- forklift certification preferred
Job Duties
- Consistently case-picking by hand up to 50lbs
- operating the Center Rider Pallet Jack
- utilizing an RF device
- physically load product onto equipment, pallets or totes more than 20% of specified shift
- put-away and pick product for shipment or stock
- ensure the exact number and type of products ordered by the customer are checked and loaded correctly
- compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the customer's order to ensure outgoing product shipments are complete and correct
- change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary
- verify and report discrepancies such as non-available products and OS&D
- maintain the facility and equipment in a neat, clean, orderly fashion
- inspect all operated equipment daily
- complete daily inspection of equipment
- assist in physical inventories
