Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures varying from mild to moderate
  • must be able to lift and carry 21-50 pounds
  • must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • must understand and follow safety protocols and operational procedures
  • must communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures
  • basic to intermediate math skills
  • English proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to work with minimal supervision
  • adaptability to fast-paced work environment
  • preferred 6 months warehouse/logistics/distribution experience
  • preferred current or prior MHE certification

Job Duties

  • Pick orders using a pallet jack to fulfill client demands
  • scan, label, move, stage, replenish, and stack products
  • count and inspect product for quality and report damages or discrepancies
  • follow Standard Operating Procedures for picking and quality control
  • maintain safety protocols and a clean, orderly work environment
  • operate equipment safely and report any issues
  • assist in maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment as needed
  • work overtime as required
  • perform other duties as assigned
