Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to safely handle heavy goods and equipment
- capacity to work second shift hours (Monday-Thursday 1:30 PM-9:30 PM, Friday 1:30 PM-Midnight)
- willingness to operate permitted machinery such as forklift trucks
- compliance with company's safety rules and regulations
- ability to work in a team environment
- physical capability to stand, lift and move materials for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred
- ability to operate manual handling equipment such as pallet trucks and lift tables
- basic knowledge of inventory management
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- attention to safety and detail
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Load and unload goods and products
- load packages and move them to the shipping, storage or production area
- store products or goods by validity date and storage conditions
- conduct an inventory
- identify the characteristics of goods
- operate machinery requiring a permit (forklift truck, trailer tugs, gantry cranes, etc.)
- check the operating and safety status of the production facilities and equipment
- list and report any faults detected to your line manager
- keep working areas clean and tidy
