Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, loading, and unloading
- ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies
- willingness to follow all safety and asset protection policies
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- ability to assist donors and customers courteously
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

- ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely

Job Duties
- Structure day to day operations to meet preset production goals
- load or unload trucks for deliveries based on production needs
- assist donors by knowing criteria for accepting donations and providing receipts
- follow all safety, asset protection, and team member policies
- report all injuries and safety violations promptly
- operate pallet jacks or hand trucks safely
- assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers during sweeps and store deliveries
- maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- unload warehouse containers such as bins, totes, and gaylords
- assist in other management-determined projects
