Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Willingness to work second shift hours Monday to Thursday 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM and Friday 1:30 PM - midnight
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and handling tasks
- Adherence to all safety rules and protocols
- Ability to conduct inventories and handle sorting and packing operations
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment handling
- Ability to operate machinery requiring permits such as forklifts
- Good organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Load and unload goods and products
- Load packages and move them to the shipping, storage or production area
- Store products or goods by validity date and storage conditions
- Conduct an inventory
- Identify the characteristics of goods
- Operate machinery requiring a permit such as forklift truck, trailer tugs, gantry cranes
- Check the operating and safety status of the production facilities and equipment
- List and report any faults detected to your line manager
- Keep working areas clean and tidy, and take care of the equipment provided to ensure that the working environment remains safe
