Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 1-30 pounds intermittently and frequently lift 10 pounds
  • Ability to lift documents or work materials up to 75 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to stand 100 percent of workday with occasional bending and twisting
  • Ability to walk to various work locations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving mechanical parts
  • Basic English reading, writing and speaking skills
  • Forklift certification preferred but training provided

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Able to communicate effectively in basic English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in different distribution areas

Job Duties

  • Supply work cells with integral materials to build pumps, industrial tools and other hydraulic products or components
  • Use handheld RF equipment to transact items in the Warehouse Management System
  • Deliver components and pick up finished products from the production floor to the warehouse and shipping areas
  • Operate order picker, swing reach, and stand-up forklifts to pick, put away and move products
  • Pick, verify and pack orders for daily shipments
  • Receive, verify and distribute incoming shipments
  • Follow safety rules of the production floor and assigned work areas
  • Assist in cycle counting
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
