Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- experience in warehouse material handling preferred
- ability to pass a written test
- forklift certification or willingness to train
- physical ability to lift 55 pounds repeatedly
- capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, and push for extended periods
- ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- compliance with company safety policies
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school GED
- graduate from high school or tech school preferred
- ability to pass a written test
- computer skills in a Windows environment
- experience with barcode scanners
- ability to work error-free in a fast-paced environment
- highly detail oriented
- forklift license or ability to be trained
- organized, thorough, and self-motivated
- familiarity with cGMPs, SOPs, HACCPs, or similar quality programs
- strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Job Duties
- Physically move, rack, and electronically scan raw material and finished goods
- perform cycle counts to manage and maintain accurate inventory
- load or unload palletized and floor-loaded trucks and restack pallets if necessary
- use hand-held scanners to perform transfers, entries, and required transactions
- operate forklift and scissor lift as needed to access and move product
- meet established productivity and quality requirements
- recommend productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety improvements to management
