Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of forklift experience in a logistics environment
- Ability to handle hazardous materials for 2-3 years
- Flexible work schedule including early, late, and weekend shifts
- Ability to work in congested and non-climate-controlled warehouse areas
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform bending, pushing, pulling, stretching, stooping, squatting, walking, and sitting for long periods
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in English language reading, writing, and speaking
Job Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years of forklift experience in a logistics environment
- Flexible work schedule with availability for early, late, and weekend shifts
- Able to work in congested areas and non-climate-controlled warehouses
- Experience handling hazardous materials for 2-3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical activities including bending, pushing, pulling, stretching, stooping, squatting, walking, and sitting for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Job Duties
- Load, unload, move, and stage product by operating various equipment such as sit-down forklift, reach truck, cherry picker
- Pull and prepare product for shipping including but not limited to labeling, banding, stretch wrapping, block and brace
- Verify shipments for accuracy, document and report any discrepancies
- Utilize RF scanner
- Follow established company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse and office personnel to meet productivity goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform daily equipment inspections prior to operation
- Perform other duties such as labeling, banding, stretch wrapping, cleaning drums and totes, and restacking bags and pails
