Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
- At least 2 years in a management or supervisory position
- Demonstrated history of empowering and developing teams
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and assist with store operations

- Lead and develop Crew Members through role-modeling, direction, and support
- Work in teams and build relationships with the Crew
- Improve the quality of store life
- Coach employees to maximize their potential
- Model behavior supporting company values
- Operate the cash register efficiently and with enthusiasm
- Stock shelves and receive merchandise loads
- Ensure the store is welcoming for customers and Crew
