Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reside in the DMV area
- Available for all Washington Spirit home matches at Audi Field
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of matches and events
- Previous experience in venue operations preferred
- Previous experience working in a command center or as a dispatcher preferred
- Previous experience with incident management software is a plus
- Indoor and outdoor work with some exposure to adverse conditions
- Scheduling is set on an as-needed event/match basis

Job Duties
- Responsible for keeping extremely detailed notes, using software effectively, and properly utilizing a two-way radio
- Opening, operating, and closing Audi Field's command center on matchdays from a Washington Spirit capacity
- Inputting, tracking, and confirming the completion of every reported incident
- Making critical decisions based on Washington Spirit and Audi Field policies
- Maintaining precise organization and timing throughout the matchday
- Collecting accurate data throughout the day for comprehensive post-match reports
- Ability to adjust quickly to unforeseen circumstances
- Comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures
- Ability to actively communicate information calmly, clearly, and concisely with staff members
- Flagging incidents to upper management
- Providing excellent general communication between guests
- Answering fan questions about activity and service locations inside the venue
- Ensuring a positive fan experience at events and matches through friendly interactions, proactive engagement, knowledge of match and venue procedures, professional appearance, and service
- Performing other related duties as assigned
