Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for past 3 years
- Commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred
- Must meet passing score of assigned skills assessment
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
- Must bring a current resume to the interview event
- Residency within 50 miles for Lexington positions
Job Qualifications

- Experience in telecommunications construction or related field preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Supervisory or engineering experience for applicable roles
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance
Job Duties
- Conduct aerial lineman tasks including climbing poles and installing equipment
- Perform coax splicing and fiber splicing to maintain and repair network cables
- Supervise construction sites ensuring safety and quality standards
- Manage fiber splicing operations to optimize network performance
- Lead field teams as a foreman coordinating activities and resources
- Engineer and design outside plant telecommunications infrastructure
- Pass skills assessments and comply with safety and regulatory requirements
