Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for past 3 years
  • Commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred
  • Must meet passing score of assigned skills assessment
  • Must pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
  • Must bring a current resume to the interview event
  • Residency within 50 miles for Lexington positions

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in telecommunications construction or related field preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Supervisory or engineering experience for applicable roles
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance

Job Duties

  • Conduct aerial lineman tasks including climbing poles and installing equipment
  • Perform coax splicing and fiber splicing to maintain and repair network cables
  • Supervise construction sites ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Manage fiber splicing operations to optimize network performance
  • Lead field teams as a foreman coordinating activities and resources
  • Engineer and design outside plant telecommunications infrastructure
  • Pass skills assessments and comply with safety and regulatory requirements
