Job Requirements

  • Must meet all Florida state requirements to work in a licensed medical cannabis facility
  • Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and cannabis products
  • PPE may be required

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in chocolate, confectionery, or food production (cannabis preferred)
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain dosing accuracy and product quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Florida cannabis license

Job Duties

  • Prepare and produce cannabis-infused chocolates, gummies, and other confections in large batches
  • Accurately follow standardized recipes and batch records to ensure consistency and proper dosing
  • Operate confectionery equipment including tempering machines, molds, and depositor systems
  • Monitor quality throughout production - texture, weight, appearance, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation for batch output, weights, labeling, and compliance records
  • Support packaging and labeling of finished goods in accordance with state regulations
  • Track and manage inventory of ingredients, molds, and packaging supplies
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas per food safety standards
  • Assist with process improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management to meet daily production targets
