Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- ability to work in hot or cold environments
- basic computer proficiency
- proficiency in basic shop math

- excellent hand-eye coordination
- ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with others
- shift flexibility
- ability to lift and move parts safely
- good communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment in accordance with procedures
- perform quality control analyses and identify variations
- apply rubberized maskant using engineering requirements
- lift and move parts using proper lifting practices
- use hand tools and razor knives safely
- report to work on time and follow supervisor instructions
- cross-train in other departments and processes
- perform other duties as assigned
