Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- If assigned to alcohol sales service must complete legally required training and certification
- Must be able to stand walk and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
- Must comply with company dress code and policies
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Ability to identify problems gather data and evaluate alternatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with customers co-workers and management
- Ability to set priorities budget time and achieve goals
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking reaching and lifting up to 60 pounds
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards and coupons
- Upselling Premium Viewing Experience options like 3D RPX IMAX
- Promoting Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to guest inquiries via phone or in person
- Handling general cleaning duties and maintaining theater cleanliness
- Assisting with emergency situations as needed
- Checking tickets and directing patrons to auditoriums
- Inspecting bags and managing crowd control
- Performing in-auditorium concession sales
- Monitoring picture and sound quality within auditoriums
- Reporting issues and discrepancies to management
- Complying with all food safety laws and regulations
- Completing required alcohol certification and training
