Must have housing on Nantucket
Ability to pass company background checks and meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle fast-paced environment

Must be able to lift 75 pounds and stand for prolonged periods outdoors

Job Duties

Greets passengers upon their arrival at the terminal and utilizes software for check in process
Collects, organizes, and weighs baggage for pilots
Ensures passenger comfort and keeps passengers informed of any flight delays
Assists with pilot introduction, boarding calls, and baggage handling
Responsible for opening and closing the lounge
Stocking lounge and keeping track of inventory
Light cleaning of lounge
