Job Requirements

  • possess a bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • be eligible to work in the united states
  • be employed as a full-time teacher of record at a marshall teacher residency partner school in the san francisco bay area
  • have prior experience as a full time teacher of record, long-term substitute, and/or an instructional aide

Job Duties

  • engage in values-aligned credentialing coursework
  • serve as a teacher of record for two years while completing credential requirements
  • participate in a summer intensive and ongoing project-based learning sessions
  • apply culturally responsive teaching and anti-racist pedagogy in classroom practice
  • receive 1:1 mentoring and in-classroom coaching
  • collaborate with peers and build a professional network
  • reflect on instructional practices and student outcomes
