Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- Must obtain and maintain certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift 20-50 lbs
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Job Duties
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional dining service
- Maintain strong menu knowledge including ingredients and dietary restrictions
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving and resetting
- Process payments and close checks accurately following security guidelines
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain cleanliness
- Stand for long periods and lift weights of 20-50 lbs while performing repetitive motions
