Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous hospitality or food and beverage service experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
  • Must obtain and maintain certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
  • Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift 20-50 lbs
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, friendly, and professional dining service
  • Maintain strong menu knowledge including ingredients and dietary restrictions
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving and resetting
  • Process payments and close checks accurately following security guidelines
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain cleanliness
  • Stand for long periods and lift weights of 20-50 lbs while performing repetitive motions
