Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must adhere to company safety and hygiene guidelines

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring all needs are met
- Know the menu thoroughly including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to assist guests effectively
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately with attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables efficiently, maintaining smooth service and cleanliness under pressure
- Handle transactions with precision and follow all company and security protocols
- Keep the service area clean and safe by adhering to hygiene regulations
- Maintain high stamina and energy levels to perform physical tasks throughout the shift
