Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen operations
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
  • Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork
  • Manage supplies and kitchen inventory
  • Ensure safety and health standards are strictly followed
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
  • Support service operations and coordinate with front-of-house staff
  • Handle access to sensitive kitchen areas and manage lost items responsibly
