Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen operations
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
- Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork
- Manage supplies and kitchen inventory
- Ensure safety and health standards are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
- Support service operations and coordinate with front-of-house staff
- Handle access to sensitive kitchen areas and manage lost items responsibly
