Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen operations or a similar role
  • at least 1 year supervisory experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • compliance with certification requirements including food handlers alcohol awareness CPR and first aid
  • ability to obtain food manager certification as applicable

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
  • keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork including stocking supplies and supporting service
  • handle lost items with care and manage access to sensitive areas ensuring health standards are never compromised
  • ensure every surface tool and space is spotless and up to code maintaining cleanliness and compliance
  • communicate effectively to maintain smooth efficient operations even during high volume periods
  • oversee team performance and provide guidance and support to meet quality standards
  • implement and uphold safety and sanitation protocols at all times
