Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen operations or a similar role
- at least 1 year supervisory experience
- knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- compliance with certification requirements including food handlers alcohol awareness CPR and first aid
- ability to obtain food manager certification as applicable

Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
- keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork including stocking supplies and supporting service
- handle lost items with care and manage access to sensitive areas ensuring health standards are never compromised
- ensure every surface tool and space is spotless and up to code maintaining cleanliness and compliance
- communicate effectively to maintain smooth efficient operations even during high volume periods
- oversee team performance and provide guidance and support to meet quality standards
- implement and uphold safety and sanitation protocols at all times
