Job Duties

  • clean dishes and kitchen equipment thoroughly
  • scrub pots, pans, and surfaces
  • sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
  • take out trash and dispose of waste properly
  • replace clean china, glass, and silverware in designated storage areas carefully
  • maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to support daily operations
