Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- college coursework in a related field is a plus
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- Lead and inspire room attendants and house attendants through clear communication, hands-on training, and motivation
- Handle lost-and-found items carefully and maintain key control
- Manage access to sensitive areas including master keys, storage rooms, and secure files with safety in mind
- Set high standards for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with safety regulations
- Step in as acting Housekeeping Manager when required
