Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision
  • Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training
  • Handle lost-and-found items with care and maintain key control
  • Manage access to sensitive areas including master keys and storage rooms with safety as a priority
  • Set and uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout all facilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and prepare productivity reports
  • Step in for the Housekeeping Manager during absences to ensure continuity of operations
