Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience preferred

  • ability to oversee housekeeping operations

  • ability to handle sensitive areas and information
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • manage daily housekeeping operations including inspections and reporting
  • lead and motivate a team of room attendants and house attendants
  • provide training and support to housekeeping staff
  • handle lost and found items with care and integrity
  • maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
  • oversee sanitation and cleanliness of all facilities and equipment
  • step into housekeeping manager's role when needed
