Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Act as the go-to person for reservations, VIP requests, and guest services
- Track logs, manage messages and packages to ensure efficient front desk operations
- Monitor and strategize room rates, packages, and promotions to boost hotel revenue
- Build and lead a strong, communicative team
- Train new associates to uphold service standards
- Address guest concerns and workplace issues confidently while maintaining safety and standards
