- At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
- Competence in interpreting financial data
- Basic arithmetic skills

- Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences

- Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated
