Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive banquet kitchen experience
  • supervisory experience required
  • proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software
  • valid state driver’s license
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under high-pressure situations
  • aptitude for analyzing complex information and financial data
  • excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive banquet kitchen experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
  • proficient in company-approved spreadsheet and word processing software
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to evaluate options and make sound decisions under pressure
  • capable of analyzing complex information and financial data
  • excellent listening skills to resolve concerns
