Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests professionally
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with attention to detail
- Juggle multiple tables with ease, keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
- Handle transactions accurately, close checks confidently, and adhere to company and security protocols
- Maintain a spotless and safe service area by following hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized and on feet throughout shifts, managing physical demands like lifting, bending, and moving with endurance
