Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
  • Flexible with working hours and shift schedules
  • Ability to manage safety and security protocols

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision
  • Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication
  • Provide hands-on training and maintain team motivation
  • Manage lost-and-found items with care
  • Maintain key control and access to sensitive areas
  • Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards exceed expectations
  • Conduct inspections and productivity checks to uphold quality
  • Manage safety and security protocols within housekeeping areas
