- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure personalized guest experiences
- Track logs, manage front desk messages and packages efficiently
- Oversee room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and build a strong front desk team
- Resolve guest concerns and workplace challenges with confidence and creativity
- Maintain safety and service standards consistently
