Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure personalized guest experiences
  • Track logs, manage front desk messages and packages efficiently
  • Oversee room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and build a strong front desk team
  • Resolve guest concerns and workplace challenges with confidence and creativity
  • Maintain safety and service standards consistently
