Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in hotel or related field with supervisory experience
- two-year college degree with three or more years of related experience or four-year college degree with at least one year of related experience
- ability to remain composed and objective under pressure
- compliance with Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid certifications
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
- capability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Job Duties
- Supervise and assist in food preparation ensuring high standards of quality taste and presentation across all outlets while maintaining safety expectations
- lead motivate coach and discipline kitchen personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service
- manage food costs budgets and maximize cost/production ratios to optimize financial performance
- maintain cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas adhering to all health and safety regulations
- anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively
