Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of banquet kitchen experience with supervisory role
  • proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software
  • valid state driver’s license
  • strong communication and decision-making skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • ability to analyze complex data
  • excellent listening and problem-resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of progressive banquet kitchen experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
  • proficient in company-approved spreadsheet and word processing software
  • strong communication skills
  • able to make sound decisions quickly
  • effective under high-pressure situations
  • adept at analyzing complex information and financial data
  • excellent listener and problem solver

  • Greet every guest and team member with genuine warmth and courtesy
  • consistently arrive on time and adhere to company standards
  • maintain professional appearance with approved uniform and nametag
  • comply with all safety and operational rules to ensure a safe kitchen environment
