Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of banquet kitchen experience in a hotel or related field
  • supervisory experience
  • proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software
  • valid state driver’s license
  • strong communication skills

  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive banquet kitchen experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
  • proficiency in company-approved spreadsheet and word processing software
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to evaluate options and make sound decisions quickly
  • effective performance under high-pressure conditions while maintaining composure
  • ability to understand and analyze complex information and financial data
  • excellent listening skills to address and resolve concerns from coworkers and guests

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest and team member with genuine warmth, courtesy, and a can-do spirit
  • consistently arrive on time and ready to dazzle, following Aimbridge Hospitality's standards and adapting to changing hotel events and schedules
  • maintain a sharp and professional appearance with approved uniform and nametag
  • comply with Aimbridge Hospitality’s rules and regulations to ensure safety and efficiency in kitchen and event environments
  • stay upbeat, attentive, and helpful with guests, managers, and coworkers
  • assist in managing food costs, organizing recipe cards, and helping the team master new dishes
  • coach, train, and inspire kitchen staff using Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards
