Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
- Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College coursework in hospitality is a plus
- At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
- Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences

- Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated
- Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory
