Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a big smile and positive attitude
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure culinary excellence
- Manage kitchen budgets and control food costs effectively
- Create and design banquet menus and food presentations
- Stock and manage inventory to support kitchen operations
- Ensure timely and high-quality preparation of all banquet dishes
