Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong culinary creativity and menu development expertise
  • Ability to communicate clearly and evaluate options promptly
  • Experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with a big smile and positive attitude
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure culinary excellence
  • Manage kitchen budgets and control food costs effectively
  • Create and design banquet menus and food presentations
  • Stock and manage inventory to support kitchen operations
  • Ensure timely and high-quality preparation of all banquet dishes
