Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
  • Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree
  • Food Handlers certification
  • Alcohol Awareness certification
  • CPR certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • Familiar with hotel operations and industry trends
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships and open communication

Job Duties

  • Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while reducing waste and improving efficiency
  • Develop menus and plan events, guiding the Chef on pricing and banquet setups
  • Lead kitchen staff and manage all food and beverage outlets, creating attractive displays
  • Ensure security of sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company professionally
  • Conduct safe travel for company business and handle trips responsibly
