Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree
- Food Handlers certification
- Alcohol Awareness certification
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- Familiar with hotel operations and industry trends
- Ability to maintain professional relationships and open communication

Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while reducing waste and improving efficiency
- Develop menus and plan events, guiding the Chef on pricing and banquet setups
- Lead kitchen staff and manage all food and beverage outlets, creating attractive displays
- Ensure security of sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company professionally
- Conduct safe travel for company business and handle trips responsibly
