Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or similar environment
  • Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree
  • Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid required
  • Proficiency in Windows operating system, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets including banquet and catering services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Understanding of hotel operational departments
  • Commitment to maintaining professional relationships and clear communication

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and industry trends
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships and open communication

Job Duties

  • Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service including restaurant and banquets using standardized recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all food service areas while reducing waste and improving operational efficiency
  • Develop menus and plan events collaborating with the Chef on pricing and banquet setups
  • Lead kitchen and food service staff across multiple outlets ensuring smooth operations and appealing food displays
  • Protect sensitive information, cash, and restricted areas while representing the company with professionalism and integrity
  • Safely conduct company business travel as needed
  • Foster professional relationships and maintain open communication with staff and other departments
