Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk
  • Assist front office manager with hiring and training
  • Coordinate special events or special projects as assigned
  • Assist guests with problems related to hotel services
  • Arrange transportation needs for guests
  • Respond to inquiries with accurate information about hotel features, services, and assistance
  • Stay knowledgeable of daily functions, VIPs, and special events
  • Provide information on local area and arrange tours
  • Be familiar with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology
  • Assist in emergency procedures as required
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
  • Operate Front Desk computer system proficiently
  • Maintain attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior
  • Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages
  • Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with employees
  • Attend management meetings
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
