Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years hotel management experience
  • Experience with Fosse Property Management System preferred
  • Proven record of independent work habits
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus
  • Proficient in timely and accurate reporting
  • Ability to focus on both big picture and individual results
  • Ability to maximize hotel revenue through market segmentation
  • Experience in financial control and performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of applicable guidelines and procedures
  • Active community involvement

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee all operations including sales, marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns
  • apply dynamic revenue management to maximize profit
  • Build strong rapport and partnership with ownership exceeding their expectations
  • Demonstrate dependability and urgency in achieving results
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
