Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years hotel management experience
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems

  • Capable of maximizing hotel revenue through market segmentation
  • History of excellent financial controls and performance

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales, marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budgeting, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates and drive financial success
  • Implement successful sales and marketing campaigns and dynamic revenue management
  • Build strong relationships with ownership and exceed their expectations
  • Demonstrate dependability and a commitment to completing tasks and achieving results
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Adapt to changing priorities and maintain objectives in shifting environments
