- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR) specific to property driving
- Ability to work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
