Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related college degree with experience
  • proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Coach and train team members to ensure smooth shift operations
  • uphold grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness
  • manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reports
  • ensure quality control of food and beverage presentation
  • develop and execute promotional campaigns
  • oversee inventory management and beverage purchasing
  • maintain excellent communication and resolve guest issues promptly
