Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Complies with certification requirements including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities ensuring all associates fulfill their job functions appropriately
  • Support food and beverage service operations and maintain culinary supplies
  • Analyze costs breakage and quality support for various kitchen areas
  • Educate associates on safety issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner and maintain open communication with other departments
  • Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
