Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Complies with certification requirements including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid
- Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities ensuring all associates fulfill their job functions appropriately
- Support food and beverage service operations and maintain culinary supplies
- Analyze costs breakage and quality support for various kitchen areas
- Educate associates on safety issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner and maintain open communication with other departments
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
