Job Requirements
- Five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience required
- Two-year college degree with three or more years of related experience or four-year college degree with at least one year of related experience
- Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties
- Supervise and assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Lead, motivate, coach, and discipline kitchen personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service
- Manage food costs, budgets, and maximize cost/production ratios to optimize financial performance
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen, work, and storage areas in adherence to health and safety regulations
- Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively
