Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in food and beverage or hotel service industry or culinary degree with 3 plus years relevant experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly positive and accommodating attitude
  • Ability to develop and plan restaurant menus and manage peak service periods
  • Experience managing food costs minimizing waste and ensuring food safety and quality

Job Qualifications

  • Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage along with 5+ years of progressive f&b or hotel service industry experience or a culinary degree with 3+ years relevant experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a friendly positive and accommodating attitude toward guests
  • Develop and plan all restaurant menus and meals actively expediting peak periods through hands-on involvement
  • Manage food costs minimize waste and ensure creativity quality cleanliness and food safety across all food outlets and events

Job Duties

  • Schedule and train masterful cooks ensuring every shift kicks off with a well-prepared crew in crisp uniforms
  • Seamlessly coordinate with other departments to deliver flawless service for conventions group events and everything in between
  • Conduct daily inspections to guarantee top-notch food sparkling clean spaces and immediate follow-up on guest feedback or incidents
  • Keep the numbers in check by sharing budget updates controlling costs and driving profitability with creative revenue strategies
  • Lead hiring training and pre-shift meetings building a powerhouse team that’s always in the know and ready to shine
  • Oversee inventories and launch initiatives to minimize breakage and loss all while maintaining a polished professional image
