Job Requirements

  • 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field preferably with supervisory experience
  • Ability to handle stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and a warm guest welcome
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the front desk team to maintain high standards
  • Manage front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Oversee room revenue management and assist in driving occupancy rates
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
