Job Requirements
- 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field preferably with supervisory experience
- Ability to handle stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and a warm guest welcome
- Lead, coach, and motivate the front desk team to maintain high standards
- Manage front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee room revenue management and assist in driving occupancy rates
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
